Sales Executive

CANADA OR UNITED STATES / SALES / REMOTE - FULL-TIME

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to join our sales team. As a key member of our team, your goal is to drive the growth of revenue, and to promote high quality customer satisfaction while building relationships and ensuring the execution of the organization’s objectives. You will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the rest of the sales and marketing team.

  4. Plan, organize, implement, and lead new sales initiatives

  5. Personal involvement to win and retain accounts

  6. Maximize usage of sales tools

  7. Monitor performance and react quickly

  8. Engage Sales Development Associates in weekly 1-on-1s

  9. Conduct performance reviews for all team members on a quarterly basis

  10. Create incentives for high performance to encourage the team to exceed expectations

  11. Work closely with the CEO to keep reaching new heights

Your Competencies

  • Undergraduate Business Degree or equivalent.

  • 3+ years on an inside sales team in acquisitions or account management within the provider industry (i.e., software as a service)

  • Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle, sales processes, reporting, analysis and forecasting

  • Desire to coach and mentor a team in both a professional and fun manner

  • Ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organization, and conduct data driven discussions to inform strategy, prioritize initiatives and drive change

  • Strong interpersonal skills: experience collaborating successfully with diverse cross-functional teams

  • Tenacious problem solver with an analytical mindset and strong business acumen

  • Self-motivated, have a goal-oriented attitude, and can work effectively as part of a team

  • Solid understanding and experience with the digital marketplace and social media

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

  • Adept at Dynamics CRM is an advantage

  • Internet and social networking skills an asset (must have a LinkedIn account and be comfortable using it)
